These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OnPageWatch — the browser extension, website and monitoring service (together, the "Service") operated by Mkista ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

OnPageWatch monitors the publicly accessible, on-page SEO elements of web pages you choose (such as title tags, meta tags, headings, canonical links and structured data), detects changes between checks, and notifies you by browser notification and email, including AI-generated summaries of detected changes.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
One account per person or organisation; accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

monitor pages in a way that violates applicable law or a third party's rights;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
use the Service to build a competing monitoring product by systematic extraction of our output.

Our crawler identifies itself honestly and respects the request limits described in your plan. We may decline to monitor specific hosts at our discretion (for example, private or internal networks).

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page.
Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions until cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns.
You can cancel at any time; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
Plan limits (number of watched pages, check frequency) are described at purchase and may be improved over time. If we ever need to reduce a paid plan's limits, existing subscribers keep their current limits for the remainder of their billing period.

5. Service availability and accuracy

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Checks run on a schedule; a change is detected at the next scheduled check, not the instant it happens.
Detection depends on the monitored site being reachable by our servers. Sites that block crawlers, require login, or render content only in the browser may be monitored partially or not at all.
AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience and may contain errors. Always verify important changes on the page itself before acting.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is our property. Data about pages you monitor is generated for your account and may be deleted when you delete the watch or your account. You retain all rights to your own websites and content.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost rankings — arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the extension or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
