OnPageWatch has a genuinely useful Free plan — you can watch pages, receive alerts and see exactly how the product works before spending anything. We encourage you to try it first.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Subscription renewals are generally not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the period ends. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of an unwanted renewal without having meaningfully used the Service in the new period, we will refund that renewal as a courtesy.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can request a refund either through us or directly via Paddle's receipt email.
Email info@mkista.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include nothing else — we'll handle it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account simply drops to the Free plan. Your watches and history are kept (trimmed to Free plan limits).
